17 Years of Lilian Institutes Journey

2008-12

In 2008, we established an elementary school with 40 children, despite having limited resources. Our motivation was a strong desire to provide quality education. Overcoming numerous challenges, the school has grown over time & has become a source of pride for the society, offering a safe and welcoming environment for students to learn and thrive.

The school's annual day & Science Exhibition were highly anticipated events, drawing participation from numerous students, teachers, & parents engaging in various activities & performances. These occasions played a crucial role in fostering a sense of society & school spirit, providing a platform for students to showcase their talents and skills.

Organizing a Right to Education campaign in the village & its surrounding areas can be an effective way to raise awareness about the importance of education, particularly in underserved communities. The rally has the potential to educate & motivate individuals to take action in enhancing access to quality education, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn & succeed. Such events attract hundreds of students to school, contributing to the promotion of education in the society.

2013-15

In 2013, we expanded our school to incorporate a Middle School, enabling us to reach more families in the society while maintaining our commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students.

In 2014, we actively participated in the Swachh Bharat campaign within the village & its surroundings. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of cleanliness & hygiene, encouraging students & the community to take action in maintaining cleanliness. We organized cleaning drives, installed waste bins, & improved restroom facilities in & around the village. This annual effort has become an integral part of our school culture, reinforcing our dedication to cleanliness & society well-being.

We introduced first-ever Athletic Meet at school. We wanted to encourage our students & parents to participate in sports & physical activities, which we believe essential for physical & mental health. Now this became an annual event at our school & it has grown bigger & better every year.
We celebrate several national festivals throughout year, including Republic & Independence Day….These festivals hold significant cultural & historical importance & we celebrate with great enthusiasm & patriotism across the Village & around.

2016-19

In 2016, Introduced High School. It was a significant milestone in our journey to provide quality education from Pre-School to Middle to High school, all under one roof. School enrollment increased to 600+ kids.
In 2017, First batch of SSLC appeared in State Government Board Exam & achieved a significant milestone with 100% result & top in village.
In 2017, we laid the foundation of own school building. It was a momentous occasion for our school and community, as we had been operating in a rented building since our establishment in 2008. The foundation laying ceremony was attended by students, staffs, parents, and society leaders.
In 2019, our school took a bold step towards climate change by launching an initiative to plant 1000+ trees in & around school.  We started by educating students about the importance of trees & their role in mitigating climate change.
We organized cultural programs & other activities alongside a main event. This can enrich experience to different cultures, traditions, educational & it can promote community building and socializing.

2020-23

In 2020, we achieved a major milestone by moving from a rented to own building. It was a long-awaited moment that marked the culmination of several years of hard work & planning. The new building was a symbol of our school's growth and progress.
We achieved remarkable results in the SSLC board exams, with 100% result continue since first batch & securing second top in the Taluka.
We continued its growth & expansion by adding an additional block to building for the college.
In 2021, we took another significant step forward by starting a pre-University college (PUC). It was a milestone moment that reflected our commitment to providing quality education & meeting the needs of students beyond their school years.
In 2022, we achieved another milestone when SSLC students achieved a 100% pass rate & became one of the top schools in the region, we secure 100% results since first batch 2017 till now. It is a testament to our commitment to providing quality education & ensuring that students had the support and resources they needed to succeed.
